SOUTHLAKE, Texas (August 11, 2011) – Travelocity has joined forces with ePrize and some of the world's leading airlines to launch the "Roam with the Gnome Collect and Win" game.  Participants can travel the world – without ever leaving their home – for a chance to win amazing prizes including luxury vacations and state-of-the-art electronics to help them stay connected during their trip.

"Next to traveling the globe himself, there is nothing the Roaming Gnome enjoys more than awarding prizes to his fellow travel friends," said Brad Wilson, chief marketing officer, Travelocity.  "The Travelocity contest with ePrize is a great way for people to have the opportunity to win a variety of prizes, and we look forward to playing this passport game with our online followers."

To increase chances of winning, participants who share the game with friends via email or Twitter will receive additional opportunities to play "Roam with the Gnome."  Participants who follow Travelocity on Twitter will also be awarded one additional chance to play.  The trending topic #GnomeGame is being used on Twitter to help promote the tell-a-friend portion of the game.

"The Travelocity 'Roam with the Gnome' campaign is an example of well-developed consumer engagement strategy married with an engaging creative execution," said Matt Wise, CEO, ePrize. "We think consumers will have a rewarding experience with the brand."
