Entertainment Benefits Group (EBG) is proud to announce its recent acquisition of Travelocity on Location. Under the terms of the agreement, Entertainment Benefits Group has acquired over 30 Las Vegas locations, box offices and kiosks at venues throughout the city. With the combined technology infrastructure of the companies, Entertainment Benefits Group is poised to change the culture in Las Vegas by introducing its newest brand, Tickets & Tours, that will offer a variety of products and services that will revolutionize the industry. A more detailed description of Tickets & Tours will be released in the coming weeks.
As part of the multi-year agreement, EBG will be the provider of Las Vegas activities (including shows, attractions, tours and nightclubs) to Travelocity.com.
"We are fortunate to have the opportunity to make a major investment into this market through the acquisition of Travelocity on Location, an established powerhouse in the industry," said Brett D. Reizen, President and CEO for Entertainment Benefits Group.
Travelocity on Location (formerly All State Tours) was a pioneer in the industry for over 30 years and was a leading provider of Las Vegas shows, tours, attractions, transportation, concierge services and much more. In 2008 the two companies combined to sell over 2.5 million admissions to events and attractions.
"We are very excited to work with Travelocity and engage in a long-term agreement with a market leader and a continuously growing brand in the travel industry," Reizen added. "This acquisition signifies an important milestone for our organization as we continue to grow and look for new ways to provide our partners with various opportunities for distribution and exposure, while providing the consumer with the best available product and entertainment experience."
